|Ingredients||2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
cooked diced chicken (or quorn - just dont leave as long)
nan bread from supermarket
|Instructions||mix up all the powders, oil and juice in a large bowl, bung some salad in, add the chicken, toss it about a bit and cool in fridge for 10 mins.
pour some wine, warm nan bread through eat. yum.
