Four tomatoes, de-seeded
1 Lemon or lime
|Instructions||Peel the onion but do not remove the root end. Cut the onion into qarters through the root end and slice each quarter as thinly as you can.
Slice the tomaotes into 1/4 inch chunks.
Slice the cucumber lengthways into quarters and then slice each quarter crossways.
Top and tail the lemon so that the flesh is visible, slice it lengthways into four and then slice each quarter crossways into thin pieces.
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
