|Ingredients||1lb. lean lamb(preferably leg)
4 green chillies. 4 lge. chopped onions.
2 cloves crushed garlic.4oz. ghee.
3 tblsp.curry paste.1 &half pints stock. salt to taste.
|Instructions||fry onions until golden brown add garlic & sliced chillies & cook for a few mins. add the paste & simmer for 10 mins.making sure there is enough fat in pan to prevent the onions from burning. add meat & cook for 10 mins. then add stock 7 cook gently for about 1 quater hrs./until meat is tender.|
