Ingredients2tbs veg oil 3 cloves of garlic crushed 1 inch piece of ginger 4 oz onions chopped 1 green pepper chopped coarsley 4 green finger chillies chopped 1
Instructionsheat oil in wok or frying pan cook garlic & ginger for 30 secs add onion & cook for about 8-10 mins add both pastes & 1/2 of the tin of toms simmer for about 5 mins add a little water if too thick put mixture into liquidizer and blend until smooth return to pan add rest of toms tin of tom soup green pepper chillies vinegar & ketchup add chicken to pan (raw) cook until chicken is white all way through add rest of ingriedients and simmer for 5 mins if you like replace chicken with chicken tikka serve with rice & nan
