Ingredients2 Tomatos
6 Fresh Green chillis
3-4 Fresh Red chillis
4 Cloves of Fresh Garlic
Juice of 1 Lemon
Handfull of Fresh Corriander leaves
2 tsps. salt
1 Tablespoon Malt Vinegar
1 tsp Mint sauce (Optional)
InstructionsPut all ingredients in blender, blend leaving mix in pieces, as opposed to a mush.
Serve as a side dish with any type of curries.
Keeps in fridge for up to 4 days.
