Ingredients700g turkey breast,
1 large onion,
8 cloves of garlic,
1 potato,
20 dried birdseye chillies,
3 tsp ground coriander,
2 tsp hot chilli powder,
2 tsp curry powder,
2 tsp garam masala,
3 tsp dried coriander leaves,
1 tsp tomato puree,
400 ml chicken stock,
drop of oil.
Instructions1. Cut the turkey into small chunks.
2. Heat the oil in a wok and add the finely chopped garlic and onion. cook for about 12 mins.
3. Add the turkey, finely chopped chillies, ground coriander, chilli powder and curry powder and cook until the turkey is sealed.
4.Add 1/2 the stock, cubed potato and tomato puree and let simmer for 5 mins.
5. Add the rest of the stock and let simmer for a further 40 mins.
6.Add the garam masala and coriander leaves and let simmer for another 5 mins, then serve.
NotesBest eaten a day after cooking.
