Ingredients2 chicken diced breasts (boned)
1 cup Cocounut cream
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbspn Fresh Corriander (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 lime (juiced)
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
1 tin bamboo shoots
2 tbspn Thai green curry paste
8 tbspn vegetable stock
2 tbspn Thai Fish Sauce
InstructionsHeat the stock in the pan and add coconut cream and curry paste. Stir until you have a thickish paste.
