|Notes||This is an incredibly simple recipe, yet the results are beyond belief. The combined flavour of corn and cardamom is so beautifully, intensly sweet that you will wonder how you ever lived without it.
The corn can be served as a starter (something to dip into your pickles and chutneys) or as a vegetable side-dish.
