|Ingredients||16 Bird Eye Chillies Finely chopped
1 200g Jar of Hot chilli paste.
1 Onion, chopped.
1 Bulb of Garlic
5g Cardamun Seeds
500g Diced Lamb
2 Large potatos, Diced.
|Instructions||Saute onions and the garlic in 25g of butter on a medium heat.
Add the diced meat and brown.
Add to the pan the spices and the chillies. Reduce heat to low.
Add In The vinegar and the stock slowly stirring.
Simmer for 40 mins until the lamb is tender.
Serve with rice, peshwari naan.
