Ingredients1.5 to 2 pints of Curry Sauce (see Sauce Recipes on http://www.CurryFrenzy.com)
4 large hard boiled eggs
500g Sprouts
2 Large onions
1 chilli
1 teaspoon chilli powder


Instructions1. Boil the sprouts until slightly soft
2. Whilst boiling sprouts, shell the eggs and slice. Preferebly with an egg slicer
3. Chop the onions up roughly and add to the curry sauce. Add the chopped chilli and teaspoon of chilli powder. Gently heat the sauce and onions until boiling
4. Drain the water from the sprouts and cut them in half through the stalk
5. Add the sprouts and eggs to the curry mixture and simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes
