Ingredients6 "Select" brown eggs
1 large white egg
1 lb of butter or lard
4 lbs of "REGULAR" hamburger
3 large white onions
8 green onion shafts
5 tablespoons of salt
8 tablespoons of pepper
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 cups of crushed "HOT" peppers
1 cup of refined white flour
2 small garlic cloves
2 small chalet onions
5 slices of extra dry multigrain bread
4 cups of "Gho-sht" curry
4 cups of "Super Red" hot sauce
10 tablespoons of Habanero Juice
1 large Jalapeno pepper
3 teaspoons of crushed paparica
2 cups of dried parsley
6 pinches of "home grown" herbs
3 cups of organic water
InstructionsIn a large mixing bowl, break open the brown eggs and white egg. Beat to a pulp and add the salt, pepper, sugar, paparica and parsley.

Once the mixture is potent, add the three cups of organic water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove and allow to cool to the touch.

In a large "extra greasy" oven safe glass pan, pour 1 cup of the mixture to allow for a dip.

Take a frying pan and crystalise the onions and green onion as well as the garlic cloves and chalet onion. Along with the vegatables, melt in 1/2 pound of lard. Add in 2 cups of "GHO-SHT" curry, bring to nice fry.

In another pot, preferable a clay one if available, mix in the raw hamburger, the other 2 cups of "GHO-SHT" and the 4 cups of "SUPER RED" hot sauce. Break up the slices of multigrain bread and work in. Add cups of crushed "HOT" peppers. Bring to nice warm heat.

Combine the clay pot ingredients with the large mixing bowl ingredients. Heat over low heat for 5.35 minutes. The mixture should thicken, if still runny, add "ORGANIC" flour.

Remove from heat and combine frying pan ingredients. Using clean hands, roll mixture into FIST size meatballs. Place meatballs in large oven safe glass pan (dipped into mixture) and sprinkle with fresh "HOME GROWN" herb.

Heat oven to 200 degrees.

Before placing glass pan in oven, pour 10 spoons of habanero juice over the meatballs. Sprinkle on finely chopped Jalepenos.

Place in oven and cook for 2 hours. First hour set oven to 200 degrees then for second hour, up to 375 degrees.

Garnish with sundried curry to add effect and serve in small bowls. Pour leftover liquid, if any, into bottom of bowls to add taste.
