Ingredients2lb spinach washed and sliced
2 large onions
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons of Pataks extra hot curry paste
InstructionsSlice and fry the onions and garlic in vegetable oil. Add the curry paste and cook down for a few minutes. Add the spinach, stir together, cover the pan and cook until the spinach has reduced down.
