Ingredients1 cup puffed rice
cup cornflakes crushed lightly
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 boiled potato finely chopped
1 slice raw mango finely chopped (optional)
2 green chillies, chopped finely
1/4 cup thin sev (get them at Nimco )
Salt and lemon to taste

InstructionsRoast the puffed rice in a dry heavy pan till light in texture. Cool a little in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients & toss well. Serve immediately!
