1 egg (beaten)
Salt to taste
½ tsp allpurpose flour.
½ tsp butter
|Instructions||Mix the grated carrot to the beaten egg solution.
Add salt and flour,stir it well.
Spread butter on a nonstick pan and pour ad thick "puri"sized disc.
Fry both sides and serve with jam and milk.
|Notes||It can be prepared with grated peeled potato also!
But serve immedietly with jam and chilled milk.
