Ingredients1 carrot(peeled&grated)
1 egg (beaten)
Salt to taste
tsp allpurpose flour.
tsp butter
InstructionsMix the grated carrot to the beaten egg solution.
Add salt and flour,stir it well.
Spread butter on a nonstick pan and pour ad thick "puri"sized disc.
Fry both sides and serve with jam and milk.
NotesIt can be prepared with grated peeled potato also!
But serve immedietly with jam and chilled milk.
