Ingredients1 lb Chicken - cut into strips
1 apple - diced
1 banana - sliced
1 small onion - chopped
1 cup Sultanas
1 tablepoon sugar
1/2 cup corn oil
1 tablespoon desicated coconut
salt & pepper
2 tablespoons of Schwartz Bombay Curry powder
1 pint of single cream
1 tin tomatoes
InstructionsHeat the oil in a wok, fry the onions and chicken until the chicken is browned, add the curry powder and gently fry for one minute. Add the other ingredinets and simmer for 1 hr. Add water as necessary.

Serve with Basmati rice and popadums.
