Ingredients150gm potatoes (chopped)
100gm brinjal (chopped)
150gm tomatoes (chopped0
50gm chana dal
a small pc of suran
8-10 curry leaves
1/2tsp turmeric powder 4-5 green chillies,small pc of ginger
2tsp corriander powder
2tsp chilly powder
1tsp amchur(dried mango powder)
a pinch of hing(asafoditia)
salt to taste
2 glasses of water
2tblspn oil
Instructionsin a pressure cooker add oil and all the vegetables and roast with little oil,then add water and the rest of the ingredients and cook till three whistles.then boil for 5min
your masala pia saag is ready
garnish with fresh corriander leaves.
serve with rice
