Ingredients1. Chana Dal : 3 cups.
2. Onion Chopped : 1 cup.
3. Coriander chopped.
4. Green chilli Chopped : 2.
5. Coconut graded : 1/4 cup.
6. Red Chilli powder : 2 table spoons.
7. Fenu greek :1/2 table spoon.
8. Salt :2 table spoon
Instructions1. Soak Chana Dal in water 6 hours ahead.
2. Take 1/2 cup of it separately.
3. Grind the remaining portion coarsely, without adding water.
4. Mix the ground dough with the remaining soaked dal, onion, coriander, chilli, coconut, fenu greek, chilli power and salt.
5. Heat oil in a pan ,make patties of the dough and fry till it turns golden & crispy.
