Ingredients | 250g of toor dal(plain)
2 tablespoons of veg oil 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves of galic, finely chopped 1 green chilli, finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric 1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon of cumin, ground 1/4 teaspoon of coriander, ground pinch of garam masala | |
Instructions | 1. soak dal in 500ml of just boiled water for 30mins then drain and rinse them. then boil 650ml of water add dal and boil gently for 15mins or untill dal has softened. don | |
