Ingredients400 gms cauliflower chopped
100 gms potatoes chopped
300 gms tomatoes chopped
4 pcs green chillies
a peice of ginger
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
2 tsp chilli powder
2tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp jeera
a pinch of hing
1tbsp oil
8-10 curry leaves
1 1/2 glass of water
salt to taste
coriander for garnishing
Instructionstake pressure cooker.put oil,jeera,hing curry leaves and green chillies.allow to splutter.then put chopped cauliflower,chopped potatoes, chopped tomatoes,fry for 5 mins.then put water and add all spices and salt to taste.cover with lid and wait for three whistles.then remove the lid and boil for 5 more mins.
garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti(chapati)or rice
