Green chicken Curry

Ingredients1 1/2 pounds of boneless chicken cut up in to 2 inch cubes
4 med potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes
4-6 tblsp oil, little more if needed
1 med onion, cut in real fine pieces
1/2 cup malt vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp tumeric
1 tsp red chili powder, or 4 - 6 birds eye chilis
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger, or 2/3 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp of cumin powder
1 tsp of corriander powder
2 cans of coconut milk
10-15 curry leaves
8-10 cloves
heat oil, when hot, put in curry leaves,and cloves, fry for 5 mins on med heat, then add onion, fry till starting to turn brown, then add garlic and ginger, fry for about 5 more mins. then add paste of tumeric powder, chili powder, pinch of salt,cumin, and corriander powder, fry for another 5 mins, then add coconut milk, cook for about another 10 min, then add chicken, potatoes, and last the malt vinegar and sugar.

cook till potatoes are soft serve with rice and enjoy
