|Ingredients||Lamb - 1 lb, sliced
Fresh red chillies - 5 - chopped
Fresh Green chillies - 5 - chopped
Vindaloo Paste - 3 tablespoons
garlic, sliced - 2 tablespoons
chopped tomatoes - 1 cup
onions, sliced - 1 large
turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
cinnamon stick - 1
cardamom - 5
cloves - 6
chopped coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
oil - 1 tablespoon
salt - about 1 teaspoon
|Instructions||Marinate the meat in turmeric powder, Vindaloo paste and salt for 24hrs.
On a low heat, heat the oil and add the red and green chillies, cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the onions fry for another 5 minutes. Add the meat and brown well. Put the tomatoes in and stir till dry.
Add the Garlic, cinnamon stick, cardamom and cloves
Add 1/2 a cup of water. Add Chopped Coriander.
