Ingredients2 large onions (chopped)
2 cloves of elephant garlic (sliced)
2 1/2 lbs boneless & skinless chicken
thighs or any other meat
1 cup olive oil
1 stick butter
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp garam masala
1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 can chick peas
10 oz can tomatoes
1 package frozen cauliflower
Instructionsheat oil in large sauce pan,add onion saute until caramelized , add garlic saute , add spices cook over medium heat until well blended , increase heat a little add chicken and all other ingreients except cauliflower . cook for about an hour or to desired doneness.add cauliflower 10 mins before removing from stove.

Notesexcellent with basmati rice or believe it or not sweet potatoes with a little cinnamon.
