|Ingredients||1 350 gm. brick of tofu, in 3/4 inch cubes
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. ground coriander
approx. 2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. Hanif
|Instructions||saute cubed tofu, in oil, with minced garlic, coriander, & curry powder...
for about 5 - 10 minutes, on med. heat.
add can of coconut milk, & yogurt, (also, water)& stir...adding chili flakes
add sliced potatoes,(optional currants) & cover

lower heat, slightly, & allow to simmer, for about 45 minutes, or more
