Ingredients6 hot chillies scots bonnets/habanero if you can get them
icup water
1cup white vinegar
1/2 cup white sugarSlice chillies as fine as possible. Include pips/seeds
Mix sugar until dissolved in water,and vinegar.
boil in non aluminium pot until reduced to jam. Bottle in clean bottle. keep in fridge.
