Chilli Baked Beans

Ingredients1 regular can of baked beans (the plain tomato sauce variety)
2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1/4 tspn of sugar
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 hot chillies (any kind)
1 tomato
salt and pepper to taste
InstructionsChop each chilli into 5 or 6 rings,
finely chop the onion,garlic and tomato
and place in a small saucepan with the vinegar and sugar.
Apply a low heat,cover & simmer for
5 minutes, stiring occasionaly.
Add the can of baked beans and slowly bring to a low boil, then cover and simmer for 5 mintes, stiring occasionaly.
Serve with toasted black bread or Turkish pide, salt and pepper to taste.
NotesThis is a simple way to cheer up a can of baked beans, making them much tastier
