Ingredients150 gms basmati rice(soak for 5 mins,)
2 potatoes chopped
2 small brinjals chopped
2-3 green chillies
salt to taste
a pinch of tumeric
1tsp chilli powder
2 tsp amchur powder(mango powder)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp oil
1 1/2 glass water
Instructionstake deep pan(kadhai)put oil then add chillies, mustard seeds,wait till seeds splutter.then add potatoes and brinjal and covered the lid for 10 mins or till the potatoes have been cooked.then add rice and all spices and salt.Add water 1"above the rice.And keep it on slow flame. After 10 mins open the lid and check that the rice is done.
