Ingredients40cm sized Fresh bottle guard(kaddu)
5 greenchillies(slit)
2 small size onions(cut length wise)
˝cup curry leaves
2tbsp besan(gram flour)
1 small bunch fresh coriander
salt to taste
2tbsp oil
˝cup grated fresh coconut
Tempering:- ˝tsp mustard seeds
1 pinch turmeric
˝tsp channadal
˝tsp cummin seeds
2 red chillies(broken

InstructionsPeel bottle guard(kaddu)&cut in to small bits-
Slit green chillies&remove the stems.
Cut onions lengthwise.
Wash curry leaves&coriander leaves.
Prepare tempering with given ingredients&after done, add the chilli slits,onion bits,fry them untill they turn to brown.
Add kaddu bits&turmeric,mix well.
Simmer&keep the lid,allow to cook for 2 minutes.
Check whether kaddu is cooked or not.
Add salt&curry leaves,sprinkle beasan over(&add alittle chilli powder if you need more spicy).
Do not stir or mix besan,just keep the lid again&let it stay for 2 more minutes till besan gives flavour.
Now remove the lid stir well,spread with grated coconut&coriander.
Serve hot with roti or plain-rice.
