Ingredients250g dwarf beans, cut in half
tablespoon panj phoran
tablspoon dessicated coconut
2 teaspoons brown sugar
InstructionsDry roast the panj phoran, add a little oil to the pan (just enough to moisten it) and stir fry the beans. Just before serving add the sugar and coconut and cook off.
