Ingredientsfrench cut frozen beans
turmeric powder
chilli powder
salt
sugar to taste
cumin powder
kalonji seeds
yogurt
InstructionsIn the skillet, pour 2 teaspoon of cooking oil and warm it up. Sprinkle some kalonji seeds and when they pop up pour the french cut beans in it. cover the skillet and cook for 5 mins in medium heat.

Put a little bit of turmeric powder, chilli powder and cumin powder and stir. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add 2 tablespoon of nonfat yogurt, stir and cover the skillet and cook for 10 mins.

Stir occassionally.When it is done it will be sort of dry, I mean not with too much gravy. Serve with Poori, chapati or as a side dish with rice.
