Ingredients 2 chicken breast ( boneless & skinless ) cut into bite size cubes.
2 medium size onions.
1 medium can tomatoes.
2 large cloves of fresh garlic.
2 tbs fresh cilantro ( coriander ).
1 small habanero pepper chopped small.
1 piece spring onion.
half greenbell pepper cut into large pieces.
2 tsp Makhani curry paste.
1 tsp fresh Garam Masala.
half cup canola oil.
Instructions Heat quarter cup oil in a wok, fry one & half onion, garlic and one third habanero pepper,and one tbs coriander until onion turns soft, add tomatoes & simmer for 15 mins. Let cool, then blend to a sauce adding water if needed.

Heat quarter cup oil in a wok, fry half onion, green pepper add chicken cubes, Makhani paste and cook for 10 mins. Lower heat, add sauce & simmer for 1 hr. 5 mins before serving, stir in Garam Masala and garnish with coriander & spring onion.


















Notes Go easy with the habanero pepper, add small amounts as needed.
Greek round bread makes a good alternative to naan.
