Ingredients
6 Small Potatoes (as small as Eggs) (Boil in salted water)
6 Red Tomatoes (Get them Diced)

Oil
Jeera,
Hing
Kadhi
Patta
Haldi
Red Chilly Paste
Ginger-Garlic Paste
Chopped Corriander
Tomatoes
Salt
Sugar
InstructionsHeat 2 TSP Oil in pan, add Jeera, Hing, Kadhi Patta.

Add potatoes (peeled, but whole), add Haldi, Red Chilly Paste,
Ginger-Garlic Paste, Chopped Corriander, Tomatoes, Salt, Sugar; Stir fry for 3 Minutes.

Then Add water, put lid & allow tomatoes to melt completely.

Remove Lid, spread Corriander leaves for garnish. Goes nice with Lachhedar Paratha or Butter Naan.
